Fifth Quarter: Rekindling a rivalry

Larry Fedora wasn’t kidding when promised to put more emphasis on the rivalry with N.C. State than his predecessors. Not only did the new North Carolina coach pull out all the stops before the game with his motivational tactics, but he played the game like there was a championship on the line. Judging from the tears of joy shed by the Tar Heels after their 43-35 win, the players have bought into his passion.
