Forward V.J. King, center Daniel Giddens, guard Eric Davis receiving early interest from UNC

Monday, October 08, 2012

According to Rivals.com basketball recruiting analyst Eric Bossi, 2015 center Daniel Giddens, 2016 small forward V.J. King, and 2015 combo guard Eric Davis are receiving early interest from North Carolina. Both players competed this past weekend at the USA Basketball Minicamp in Colorado Springs, CO:

"Giddens mentioned offers from Oregon State, Georgia, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech and Maryland to go with attention from North Carolina, Georgetown, Alabama and many others."

"A crafty, high-scoring 6-foot-2 combo guard from Michigan, Eric Davis has a nose for making things happen on the offensive end. He plays with confidence, changes speeds and gets a lot done. Iowa State just offered and Michigan, Michigan State, Duke, North Carolina and N.C. State have already been keeping tabs." (Source)

"For the second day in a row, 2016 wing V.J. King looked like a very high level prospect. His bread and butter is his mid range jumper, but he's a good athlete with excellent instincts on the floor. King mentioned Ohio State, Michigan, North Carolina, Michigan State, Indiana and College of Charleston as teams with early interest." (Source)
