Cameron Brown's Long Road Back

Friday, October 05, 2012

Midfielder Cameron Brown's comeback stems from much more than just an ACL tear. Although that's how his two-year playing hiatus started, Brown underwent five surgeries and countless hospital and rehab stays thanks to multiple infections, a cyst, a blood clot, scar tissue buildup and more. "It was a difficult road," Brown said. "There were some ups, mostly downs. It was a tough two-and-a-half years." (GoHeels.com)
