It’s taken a year at prep school, suffering and surviving a devastating knee injury and working hard to lose 20 pounds, but A.J. Blue is showing University of North Carolina football fans these days what made him so special at North Gaston High. Then, Blue was a record-setting runner and passer for the only Wildcats’ teams in school history to win playoff games.
