Stories from behind the mic

After calling 1,805 football and basketball games for North Carolina over 40 years, Woody Durham finally decided to put his thoughts on paper. The result is “Woody Durham: A Tar Heel Voice,” an autobiography written with Adam Lucas that was released earlier this month. Durham will be signing copies of the book today at 7 p.m. at The Regulator Bookshop on Ninth Street. (Durham Herald-Sun)
