Kentucky In Strong Position With 6-11 Sophomore Karl Towns

Friday, September 14, 2012

Karl Towns drew a Who’s Who of college coaches to his workout Thursday night at St. Joe’s-Metuchen High School. Kentucky assistant Orlando Antigua, Kansas assistant Joe Dooley and Duke assistant Steve Wojciechowski headlined a group of coaches that also included scouts from Seton Hall, Cincinnati, Michigan State, Stanford and Northwestern. But after one coach noticed Towns’s mother, Jackie, spending most of the night speaking with Antigua, he couldn’t help but come to this conclusion: “He’s going to Kentucky.” (Zag's Blog)
