Tar Heels Earn September Call Ups

Daniel Bard, Tim Federowicz and Adam Warren were all recalled by their respective teams this weekend. Daniel Bard joined the Red Sox after making 31 appearances with the Pawtucket Red Sox from June through August. During his time in Pawtucket, Bard was 3-2 in 32 innings of work with 32 strikeouts. He threw an inning of relief for the Red Sox in his return on Saturday. (GoHeels.com)
