Freshman forward Summer Green had a goal and an assist Friday night as the 19th-ranked UNC women's soccer team defeated Connecticut 2-0 at Alumni Stadium in the first game of the 2012 Notre Dame adidas Invitational. The Tar Heels, who had been held scoreless in back-to-back games for the first time in their history in their opening two matches, improved to 1-1-1 on the year
