How big UNC's win over Miami? Time will tell
Posted Oct 11, 2007
This time around, the eye-opening upset of Miami didn’t come iced with a wild all-night celebration in Chapel Hill. The North Carolina students, more relieved than rowdy, didn’t storm the Kenan Stadium turf or rip the goal posts from the ground. For whatever reason, the Tar Heels’ 33-27 upset of the Hurricanes on Saturday didn’t incite the same boisterous reaction as a similar 31-28 triumph three years ago.
