Hubert Davis leaves TV for UNC assistant coaching gig

Hubert Davis liked his ESPN job, but he never needed that job or the ego trip that comes from seeing your own face on TV. What Davis said he needed was to be able to spend more time with his family while staying involved in the sport, to be able to make an impact at home and on the court. So when Roy Williams called and presented such an opportunity, Davis didn't take long to consider it. (CBS Sports)
