Ryan Switzer makes a name for himself at The Opening
Posted Jul 10, 2012
When it came to the 7-on-7 competition at The Opening, nobody made a bigger name for himself than Ryan Switzer, an all-purpose running back who was actually listed on one roster as a safety. In the end, he was one of the most productive pass catchers of the entire event, and helped lead his team to a championship in the event. The West Virginia native is no stranger to the end zone. He scored 42 touchdowns as a junior, and was an impressive two-way star at George Washington High School in Charleston, WVa.
