Monday Baseball Report (4/30)

UNC had a light week with the exam schedule kicking off. The Tar Heels played just two games, both midweek, and had the weekend off. On Tuesday, the Heels fell to UNC Greensboro 8-4. The story in this game was getting shelled in 1.2 innings of work followed by RC Orlan giving up nine hits. One night later, UNC got the best of ECU (its 14th straight win over the Pirates) in a pitcher’s duel. (Tar Heel Blog)
