Nobody could blame Roy Williams for smiling as he watched prized class of 2013 commitment Isaiah Hicks play for Garner Roads. The 6-foot-8 four man is an extreme athlete with exceptional timing and quickness. He runs the floor in big, smooth, loping strides and is a finisher at the rim and smothers shots on the defensive end. He recently moved into the national top 10 and backed up that status.
