Rodney Hood, Anthony Gill and Alex Oriakhi among possible transfers to Tobacco Road schools


In terms of new arrivals, the most intriguing names are Connecticut's , South Carolina's Anthony Gill and Mississippi State's Rodney Hood. Oriakhi, a 6-foot-9 rising senior who will be eligible immediately, reportedly eliminated Duke from his list of finalists Tuesday. He is still looking at Missouri, Kentucky, North Carolina and Xavier. Gill, a 6-8 forward who averaged 7.6 points and 4.7 rebounds last season as a freshman, told Inside Carolina that he's been contacted by North Carolina. (Fayetteville Observer)
