With Nerlens Noel's move to the 2012 recruiting class, a tough decision had to be made regarding his ranking. On Monday, Scout.com made the move, bumping Noel to the top spot in the 2012 class. Noel, a 6-foot-11 center, started his high school career in the 2012 class, but was held back. Then last Wednesday, Noel opted to officially move back in to his original class.
