ACC Football Recruiting Links: Miami, UNC, NC State

Of the nine four-star-or-more recruits in the state of North Carolina, only UNC commit J.J. Patterson will be staying in-state. While a number of recruits decommitted from UNC after Larry Fedora was hired, quarterback James Summers is part of the new wave of recruits — those coming to Chapel Hill to play for Fedora. Three-star defensive end/outside linebacker hybrid Junior Gnonkonde switched from Georgia Tech to UNC after Yellow Jackets head coach Paul Johnson informed him that his scholarship was being withdrawn.
