Tar Heels fend off tough challenge from Davidson

Davidson coach Bob McKillop's pained expression during the final seconds of his team's 72-68 loss to No. 1 North Carolina on Wednesday night at Bobcats Arena showed just how tough a loss this had turned out to be. Davidson has never beaten a ranked opponent in McKillop's 19 years as coach, but the Wildcats scrapped and clawed with the Tar Heels until the final minute.
