North Carolina colleges struggling to lure top in-state football talent

Many of the best college prospects in North Carolina are gathered here this week to represent the state in the annual Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas all-star game. But after Saturday's contest against South Carolina, more than half of those will leave the state borders to continue their careers. (Fayetteville Observer)
