officially declared his intend to play for the Tar Heels tonight at his high school's (Gonzaga Prep) pep rally. "At the end of the day, North Carolina felt like home to me," Britt said. Britt is one of the top point guards in the 2013 class, ranked No. 11 overall by Rivals. He follows , a 2012 Tar Heel point guard pledge.
