Giants' Hakeem Nicks has played through a lot of pain

This season, has battled through a hamstring strain that resulted from his compensating for the knee injury. It was probably significant enough to sideline him for at least a practice or two, but Nicks wouldn’t allow it. The hamstring hasn’t appeared on the injury report and he wouldn’t use it as an excuse for being held to a total of seven catches over the two weeks it bothered him the most. (Newark Star-Ledger)
