Meet the Tar Heels fan who drives to games in a custom hearse

When UNC fan John Snipes and his buddies attended a Clemson-South Carolina football game seven years ago, they walked past a Clemson-themed hearse in the tailgate area. Snipes hatched an idea to one-up it. Upon finding a beat-up 1974 Cadillac Fleetwood Hearse for sale a few weeks later, Snipes purchased it, painted it Tar Heel blue and began the process of customizing his "HEELRAISER" to his liking.
