Heels surge past Buckeyes in second half

With Ty Lawson nailed to the bench by a cumbersome white ankle brace, North Carolina underwent something of an identity change in Wednesday night's 66-55 win over Ohio State. No Lawson -- the sophomore point guard sat out with a sprained right ankle -- meant the No. 1 Tar Heels couldn't zoom up and down the court with their usual reckless abandon. What UNC could do was morph into a defensive dynamo. (Durham Herald-Sun)
