Tar Heels' Lawson unlikely to play

North Carolina is getting better, but Ty Lawson isn’t. North Carolina might have to play without Lawson, its sophomore point guard, for the second time in four days today in a game against Kentucky because his sprained right ankle is still painful. Coach Roy Williams of the Tar Heels said that Lawson participated in about one fourth of Thursday’s practice. (Winston-Salem Journal)
