Heels Outdistance Wildcats


No. 1 North Carolina proved that it could exist in a halfcourt setting during the first 20 minutes of Saturday’s contest against Kentucky, and then the Tar Heels demonstrated why they thrive in full-tilt transition chaos, running past the Wildcats in the second half to a 86-77 victory at Rupp Arena.
