Devonte Brown finds place with Tar Heels

One game was all it took for Devonte Brown to realize one major goal of his college football career. Brown, who graduated from Jack Britt High School just three months ago, saw playing time at defensive tackle in the fourth quarter last Saturday as North Carolina defeated James Madison, 42-10, in its season opener. "I was exhilarated," said Brown, who made the first tackle of his career on JMU running back Jordan Anderson. (Fayetteville Observer)
