Chuck Pagano takes over as Baltimore Ravens Defensive Coordinator

Chuck Pagano knows he has a lot to live up to as he takes over as the Ravens defensive coordinator. So one of the first things Pagano did post-lockout was send the message to his players that they're all in the same boat he is. Chuck Pagano was elevated to defensive coordinator after serving as the Ravens secondary coach from 2008-10. (NFL.com)
