Tar Heels welcome big expectations

There's no getting around the expectations for North Carolina's basketball team in 2012, and no one at the Smith Center on Tuesday tried to avoid them North Carolina, with three top NBA prospects returning and one of the country's best recruiting classes coming in, will probably start the season ranked No. 1 in the country. The question is, will the Tar Heels finish there? (Charlotte Observer)
