If you happened to watch No. 3 national seed North Carolina practice at Boys Town on Sunday morning, you would never know that the Tar Heels were roughly 24 hours away from a College World Series elimination game against Texas. As head coach Mike Fox threw batting practice for roughly 20 Boys Town students, the Tar Heels circled the infield and offered words of encouragement to the batters while directing jeers at the pitcher.
