Jacob Stallings emerges as an offensive, defensive leader for Tar Heels

When North Carolina's Jacob Stallings was in the eighth grade, he quickly realized basketball probably wasn't going to be in his future. The son of Vanderbilt basketball coach Kevin Stallings mostly had focused on that sport in his young athletic career, but he knew he lacked certain abilities to be successful on the next level.
