Reggie Bullock getting close to full speed

North Carolina shooting guard Reggie Bullock isn’t quite running full speed yet, but he hopes to be soon. “Right now I’d say I’m about 80 percent, still strengthening my knee,” the rising sophomore said Wednesday. “It’s all about strength right now.” While he’s only jogging right now, he said he expected to be able to play basketball by mid-July.
