Baseball Signee Profile: Matt Harrison
Posted Jan 3, 2008
Matt Harrison, a 6-0 175-pound shortstop at Henderson (NV) Green Valley, will be the first Tar Heel baseball player to ever come out of the Silver State. Harrison is a well-rounded prospect who will bring a variety of skills with him on his 2,295-mile trip from the outskirts of Las Vegas to Chapel Hill. Yet, his most significant contribution might be the level of energy he brings to the Tar Heel dugout on a daily basis.
