John Inman resigns after 13 years as UNC golf coach

John Inman, head men’s golf coach at North Carolina, has announced his resignation. He led the Tar Heels to 16 team championships and five top-20 finishes at the national championship during his 13 seasons at Chapel Hill. Inman, a 1984 UNC graduate, became the first person to win Atlantic Coast Conference titles as a player and a head coach.
