QB Zeke Pike to visit Michigan

One of the top pro-style quarterbacks in the country is Edgewood (Ky.) Dixie Heights’ Zeke Pike, who holds more than 30 scholarship offers. The U.S. Army All-American Bowl has already selected Pike to participate in its 2012 game. At 6-5 and 220 pounds, Pike hearkens back to Michigan signal callers like Chad Henne and Steven Threet more than Robinson or Forcier, but Pike is far from immobile. He threw for more than 2,200 yards as a junior but also rushed for another 1,000 yards from his quarterback position. (Detroit Free Press)
