QB Carlis Parker on the recruiting trail
Posted Mar 20, 2011
Statesville’s Carlis Parker received the two biggest compliments in his life in the past month. Parker was among a group of Statesville football players visiting North Carolina and South Carolina on college football recruiting trips. The quarterback received scholarship offers on both. “I was very surprised and very excited about it, and I am really looking forward to getting down there more often and getting a better relationship with the coaches (at UNC),” Parker said.
