Possible sanctions don't deter Tar Heel football recruits

The NCAA investigation into UNC's football program hasn't stopped coach Butch Davis from putting together a recruiting class ranked in the top 25 nationally and among the top three in the ACC. Some players who have committed to UNC said rival recruiters have mentioned the possible penalties in an effort to get players to turn away from the Tar Heels.
