UConn women ready to run against No. 11 UNC


In the last two meetings with the University of Connecticut, North Carolina has run into a team, literally, that not only beat the Tar Heels at their own game but beat them soundly. Simply put, the Huskies were better at it, by a lot. That, however, may not be the case anymore as No. 2 UConn prepares to take on 11th-ranked North Carolina tonight at Carmichael Auditorium (7 p.m., ESPN2). (Journal Inquirer)
