N.C. Sports Hall of Fame inducts Michael Jordan on Dec. 14

The North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame announced it will officially induct Michael Jordan on Dec. 14 during halftime of the Charlotte Bobcats game at Time Warner Cable Arena. Jordan, who attended Laney High School and later starred at UNC, was elected into the hall by the board of directors in 1993. At the time, he had retired from professional basketball and started playing professional baseball.
