Goals by Kealia Ohai, Courtney Jones and Rachel Wood lifted third-ranked UNC to a 3-0 triumph over NC State. The Tar Heels improved to 10-1-1 overall on the season and moved above the .500 mark in the ACC at 2-1. NC State fell to 7-5 overall and 1-2 in the conference. Each of the Wolfpack's last two losses have come at home to teams ranked in the top three in the nation.
