While White has struggled a bit of late, it is still easy to see that the 2009 15th overall selection out of the University of North Carolina has quality stuff, as his fastball is routinely 90-93 mph, sometimes as good as 95 mph, and after a few outings in Akron the right-hander started finding some of the best breaking balls he has ever thrown.
