Yow outlines goals for NCSU excellence on, off field

North Carolina State University on Friday named Debbie Yow, sister of the late, legendary women's basketball coach Kay Yow, director of athletics. She replaces Lee Fowler, who agreed to leave the university effective June 30 after almost 10 years on the job. (WRAL Sports Fan)
