UNC Offers Shabazz Muhammad
Posted Jun 16, 2010
One of the biggest bits of news in the class of 2012 yesterday surrounded Shabazz Muhammad, one of the top players in the country. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Bishop Gorman (Nev.) picked up an offer from North Carolina, adding the Tar Heels to a long list that includes Texas, Kansas, UNLV, UCLA, Louisville, Georgetown, Arizona, Arizona State, Washington, Duke, Memphis, Oklahoma and USC. “It was cool, just talking to Coach Williams about how things are going, then he just said he would like to offer me,” Muhammad said.
