Eric Ebron went with his gut and committed to North Carolina on Thursday afternoon. Ebron, a 6-foot-5, 225-pound tight end from Greensboro (N.C.) Smith, called UNC assistant coach Allen Mogridge, his primary recruiter, and made the verbal commitment.
