The days of Julius Peppers in Carolina are over. It's hard to imagine that he not only played every snap of his professional career in this state, but he also played every snap of his college, high school, pee-wee and whatever league here in NC. Today the Chicago Bears will become the first team to make a serious push towards signing the star free agent defensive end. (WRAL Sports Fan)
