Tar Heels Deliver Victory In Tar Heel Gymnastics Invitational

The UNC gymnastics team finished 1st of four teams with a score of 193.775 on Saturday, hosting the Tar Heel Invitational at Carmichael Auditorium. For the last home meet of the Tar Heels' 2008 season, 1,062 fans came to show their support for the gymnasts; in particular, the graduating seniors. The Carolina gymnastics team faced rivals Maryland and New Hampshire, as well as William & Mary in the Tar Heel Invitational.
