Carolina Women Fall To Virginia In Two Overtimes, 82-78

North Carolina got double-doubles from Italee Lucas, Cetera DeGraffenreid and Chay Shegog but could not overcome 33 points from Monica Wright as the Tar Heels fell to Virginia, 82-78, in double overtime Monday night at John Paul Jones Arena. Lucas had 27 points and 10 rebounds, while DeGraffenreid had 21 points and a career-high 12 assists.
