Banner Year For UNC Athletics

In 2009, UNC experienced a great athletic year. The men’s basketball team won the national championship, as did the women’s soccer and field hockey team. The football team accepted a bowl bid for the second straight year, and the baseball team reached the College World Series for the 4th straight year. (WCHL 1360)
