Michigan State can't solve UNC's impressive frontline

Michigan State had no luck Tuesday with smaller lineups against arguably the best frontline in the nation. North Carolina, a team with an explosive running game last season, dominated in the paint this time around behind a first-half surge from Ed Davis. Davis, one of five Tar Heels 6-foot-10 or taller, exploded for a 12-point first half and finished with a team-high 22 points.
