Grant Zimmerman Named Lacrosse Academic Momentum Award Winner

The Scholar-Baller Program, in conjunction with the National Consortium for Academics and Sports (NCAS), on October 27, 2009, announced the winners of the Academic Momentum Award. Seventy-nine nominations were received from 50 different colleges and universities across the country. Amongst the recipients of the awards in 2009 is Carolina men's lacrosse goalkeeper Grant Zimmerman, a 2009 UNC alumnus from Cockeysville, Md.
