Defensive lineman Jeffrey Whitaker (6-3 313) of Warner Robins, GA is up to 17 offers including Clemson and USC. He says Clemson continues to show strong interest while he's not hearing that much from USC right now. Whitaker said Clemson scouted him during spring practice, USC did not. Some of his other offers are Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, Florida, Florida State, Minnesota, Georgia Tech, Tennessee and California. He does not have favorites.
