N.C. State chancellor resigns

North Carolina State University Chancellor James Oblinger submitted his resignation Monday, becoming the third top university official to step down in recent weeks. Oblinger's resignation was effective immediately, according to a memo from University of North Carolina President Erskine Bowles. (WRAL.com)
